Shipping Fee

Our standard shipping service covers the contiguous United States, with free shipping. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is subject to product-specific shipping fees. Please see below for the listed rates. For products not listed, please contact store@mangopower.com to confirm the applicable shipping fee.

Puerto Rico and Nearby Regions

For delivery to Puerto Rico or other nearby regions outside our standard shipping coverage, please contact store@mangopower.com before placing your order to confirm shipping availability, fees, and estimated delivery times.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Our current primary shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number (s). The tracking info will be updated within 48 hours. If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact store@mangopower.com
