Mango Power guarantees that the Mango Power E device meets all meets US and International Safety and EMI Standards, and it comes with a five-year warranty. Please feel free to contact our support team at support@mangopower.com at any time to get immediate assistance.
The Ingress Protection Rating(IP Rating) of the Mango Power E device is IP21. This provides the device with protection against falling water droplets, condensation, and objects that are greater than 1 or 2 inches (12.5mm) in diameter.
Simply tap the Mango Power logo on the touchscreen to find the serial number, software version, and more device information.
· Press the AC or DC on the touchscreen to activate the power supply.
· Then simply choose the outlet required for the device you need to power.
You may expand the device's power capacity to 7066Wh by adding one Mango Power E Battery. With the addition of two bundles (Mango Power E + the Mango Power battery), the capacity will reach up to 14kWh.

The battery percentage could reach 80% in 1 hour with Mango Power E fast charging cable recharging and 100% in 1.5 hours. (30A fast charging cable is needed. Please be noticed that the setting of Max AC Input Current should be set to 30A.)
The Mango Power App allows you to control your device remotely intelligently and gives you complete peace of mind wherever you are.
First, switch on the Mango Power E device.
Download Mango Power APP, then sign up & log in to your Mango Power account.
You'll enter the Mango Power homepage. Press "Add Device" icon.
The device can be added manually or via Bluetooth scanning.
After adding your Mango Power E device, you'll be prompted to configure the network.
Press OK to enter the network configuration page, then enter your Wi-Fi name & password.
Press "Start Configuration" for the connection to be made.
Once the connection is complete, your device will be successfully paired!

Yes, the Mango Power E device is protected from an EMP Burst.
Yes, if the device's backup mode is enabled.
Yes, to maximize the output of your Mango Power E solar panel system, you can increase the rated power from the standard 2kW to 2.4kW or 3kW. However, please ensure that the open- circuit voltage does not exceed 150 volts.
For a 2.4kW system with 200W panels:
- Use a 3S4P (3 series, 4 parallel) configuration: Connect three panels in series, then connect four sets of these series groups in parallel.
For a 3kW system with 200W panels:
- Use a 3S5P (3 series, 5 parallel) configuration: Connect three panels in series, then connect five sets of these series groups in parallel.
Both configurations will help increase the output power while keeping the open-circuit voltage within safe limits.
No, the Mango Power E cannot charge the grid as the device is not equipped with a grid- connected function.
This is just a default disclaimer of all the crowdfunding platforms. We have officially entered the production stage. We will deliver on time and update production and shipment progress in real-time.
The Mango Power Union will be available for purchase in the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and Japan. If you are not located in any of these countries, we will not be able to ship the Mango Power Union to you. Based on information from our logistics partners, they are unable to ship the Mango Power Union to other countries and regions. We are still looking for more flexible delivery options, and we will let you know once there are any updates.
The first batch will be sent to the US warehouse from late December, while the rest batches will start shipping from January. We will keep you updated on the detailed shipping status and share with you the freight number. Please note that you will only receive the tracking number after the products arrive at the local warehouses. The time-to-delivery will vary depending on which batch you are in, your delivery address, and the speed of local couriers.
The product is overweight and the shipping fee exceeds our expectations. We will cover most of the costs to send you the machine, but we will still have to charge you a small amount for customs fees and shipping fees depending on the items ordered and the availability of local delivery services. The Mango Power Union is covered under a 3-year warranty; all accessories sold during crowdfunding are covered under a 1-year warranty. Please email us at service@mangopower.com if you have any inquiries.
The refund will not be allowed during the time of shipment. Within 30 days of delivery, Mango Power team offers a full refund if you do not enjoy using it. Please email us at service@mangopower.com for further details.

The Mango Power Union has different versions and takes an input voltage of 100-240V. We will be providing country-specific versions of machines for backers in the US, Canada, Australia, EU, and Japan according to your shipping address. Backers in the UK will receive the EU version machine.
Mango Power Union can be recharged from 0 to 80% within 1.5 hours, and it will be fully recharged in 2.5 hours. With 95% transfer efficiency, Mango Power helps reduce your energy bill and carbon footprint while keeping you prepared for power outages.
The Mango Power Union is suitable for RV use. It is equipped with a 120V/30A plug (3300W output) that plugs into most RVs. It is also safe for use on the road and has received certification for being safe to use and transport according to US, EU, and Japan standards.
Yes. You can connect up to 10 devices in parallel*. The output increases proportionately with the number of units. Have the flexibility you want when planning your home electrical system. With more MP Union units, customize your own power hub to backup your home as needed. \n*To connect 3 Mango Power Union units in parallel, you will need 1 mPanel Smart. For the full 40kW, you will need 10 Mango Power Union units and 4 mPanel Smart units to connect them in parallel.

Yes. The microinverter is rated IP68 and can operate reliably in harsh outdoor environments, including heavy rain and high humidity.
Only the affected module needs to be replaced. The rest of the system continues operating normally, minimizing downtime and maintenance cost.
The Mango Power S Pro is rated at 240V 500W. However, due to firmware adjustments made for compatibility with the PIPV product in 120V application scenarios, the PIPV version is configured to output 120V at 280W.

No. The Mango Power S/S Pro microinverter includes certified anti-islanding protection. If the outlet loses grid power—whether due to a breaker being turned off, the plug being removed, or a utility outage—the inverter immediately stops exporting power. When grid power is restored, it verifies that voltage and frequency are within specification, synchronizes with the utility, and only then resumes operation. It cannot energize a de-energized circuit on its own.

The CEC conversion efficiency of the Mango Power S microinverter is as high as 97%. Conversion efficiency directly determines the power generation: for every 1% increase in efficiency, the annual power generation can increase by about 0.8%. At the same time, it is equipped with an independent MPPT tracking function (tracking efficiency ≥99.9%), which can avoid the power generation loss of the entire system when a single solar panel is shaded. Compared with string inverters, the power generation can be increased by 5%-15%, which is especially suitable for roof installation scenarios with multiple shading and multiple orientations in the US.

No DIP switch adjustment, manual configuration or teardown is needed. After official OTA or kit upgrade, the unit auto-detects 120V/240V input and matches the correct power profile automatically.
After OTA activation or official kit upgrade, a licensed electrician is required to complete 240V wiring per NEC and local electrical codes for stable 500W full-power operation.
Yes. It supports all third-party PV modules with DC voltage and current within the unit’s MPPT operating range. Compatibility remains consistent for both 120V and upgraded 240V modes.
No. It is standard factory power-limiting design for 120V grid compliance. Full 500W performance is only available via official OTA upgrade or authentic 240V kit installation. If you experience extremely low power, circuit tripping or overheating, please check panel shading & wiring or contact technical support.
120V plug-and-play installation must follow local US plug-in solar compliance rules. 240V hardwired full-power grid-tie systems must comply with local utility policies and NEC standards, and complete required registration & inspection.
