You can purchase the Mango Power Union on our official website, www.mangopower.com, or through a crowdfunding platform. Please follow these steps to complete your purchase:
Official Website:
Step 1:Order the Mango Power Union via the website, enter your delivery information, and complete the payment. We will send you a confirmation email immediately.
Step 2:We will send another email with delivery tracking number within 3-5 business days.
Step 3:After you receive your Mango Power Union, carefully read your new User Manual and contact a local electrician for all installation related to your home circuits.
Step 4:Download the Mango Power App and finish setup.
Step 5:Join the Mango Power Community to keep up to date on tips and tricks. Link
Crowdfunding Platform:
Step 1:Check and crowdfunding platform and finish payment in the crowdfunding system.
Step 2:Check delivery information and wait.
Step 3:We will send you a delivery tracking number when your Mango Power Union is sent out.
Step 4:After you receive your Mango Power Union, carefully read your new User Manual and contact a local electrician for all installation related to your home circuits.
Step 5:Download the Mango Power App and finish setup.
Step 6:Join the Mango Power Community to keep up to date on tips and tricks. Link
Currently, mangopower.com only supports 2 payment methods: Credit/Debit Card payments or Affirm payments. The detailed processes to make payments are as follows:

Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days - unless it is marked as pre-order or late shipping.
The estimated delivery time for products is 5-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there are any significant delays in the shipping of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact
service@mangopower.com.

Our current primary shipping carriers are UPS and FedEx.

Shipping areas
Mango Power ships to the contiguous United States - not including outlying islands and overseas territories.
Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information provided by you is correct. We are not held responsible for any loss incurred - including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of the delay, or any other losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
If you have received a damaged order, please contact the Mango Power support team within 7 business days at
service@mangopower.com.
Mango Power is not liable for any losses incurred - including missing parcels, damaged packaging, losses due to delays, or any loss caused by the shipping carrier.
We will, however, help you in contacting the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packaging and damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
